Mentally, I always want more, so I prepare to be the best at all times. My motivation is to improve every day. I've been taking the products for over a year, and I can see the difference. I feel better, less tired, so overall it's beneficial for me. I use the PowerCocktail and Activize in the morning, and these two are my favorite drinks. After training and before bed, I use Restore daily, and it helps a lot.
